A stylish escape Positive: The modular villa was a delightful surprise. Easy to find off the Great Ocean Road. Brand new, beautifully appointed. Queen bed was really comfortable with a lovely skylight that gave us a view to the stars. Great shower. Wi-Fi was fabulous, better than home! Kitchen provided a good range of basic condiments, good quality crockery and sharp knives! Cooking appliances were far better than we anticipated (induction plate, air fryer, snack maker, microwave, outside electric bbq). We would have bought our own supplies had we realised. That said, we ate out in Anglesea (Last One Inn) – lovely. The Chocolaterie for a croissant is a must. Took a short drive to Point Addis for a swim, walked to Iron Bark Lookout, visited Southside and Bells Beaches. There are plenty of walking trails in the area. Highly recommend a stay here in a quiet bush setting with wildlife strolling through. Negative: The cooking facilities available were confusing. There were actually a multitude of options to prepare & serve meals.
